Trackful is a personal fitness tracking app designed to help you log workouts, nutrition, sleep, and body measurements over time. All core features work entirely on your device without requiring an account.
We only collect information you actively enter into the app: physical measurements, workout and nutrition logs, sleep records, notes, and progress photos. This information is yours. We do not collect it passively, and it is not used for advertising or sold to third parties.
By default, all of your data is stored locally on your device. It does not leave your device unless you choose to enable cloud backup. Enabling cloud backup requires creating an account with your email address.
If you enable cloud backup, your data is encrypted in transit and stored securely in the cloud. Your email address is used only to identify your account. We do not share it with third parties or use it for marketing. You can disable cloud backup and delete your cloud data at any time from the app's Data & Privacy section.
Photos you take within the app are stored locally by default. If cloud backup is active, photos are stored privately and are never publicly accessible. We do not analyze, share, or use your photos in any way beyond storing them for your own access.
Certain features in the app use AI to generate personalized recommendations based on the data you have entered. When you use these features, relevant portions of your fitness data are sent securely to generate a response. This data is used only to fulfill your request and is not stored or used to train any models.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers. We only share data with service providers to the minimum extent necessary to operate the app, and only under confidentiality obligations.
You can export all your data at any time from the Data & Privacy section. You can delete your local data, your cloud data, or your account entirely from the same section. Deletions from cloud storage are completed within 30 days.
Trackful is intended exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18.
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
