Calorie estimates, macro recommendations, training programs, and AI-generated content are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for advice from a licensed physician or certified fitness professional.
Physical activity and dietary changes carry inherent risks. By using Trackful, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in fitness activities and assume all associated risks.
Certain features use artificial intelligence to generate personalized content. AI-generated recommendations may occasionally be inaccurate or not suited to your individual circumstances. Apply your own judgment and consult a qualified professional when needed.
Trackful is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, reproduce, or distribute the app or its content.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You own your data and may delete it at any time.
Subscriptions are billed through the App Store and refunds are granted solely at Apple's discretion — Trackful cannot issue, block, or influence a refund decision. If you request a refund, our subscription management provider may share account usage information (such as how long you've used the app and the extent of your subscription usage) with Apple to help inform that decision.
All content, features, and functionality of Trackful are owned by or licensed to Trackful and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trackful and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
